You are solely responsible for ensuring that every campaign you configure or launch complies with the terms of service of the target platform, all applicable laws (including marketing, privacy and consumer-protection law) and any consent requirements that apply to the people you contact.

DMD does not review your campaigns and does not warrant that any particular activity is permitted by Discord or any other platform.

We do not describe any service as undetectable, ban-proof or guaranteed. We make no promise of engagement outcomes, retention, monetisation eligibility or account safety.

Tools and services on this platform must not be used to circumvent platform safeguards, rate limits, anti-abuse systems, age restrictions or enforcement actions.

Audience lists you upload must be lawfully obtained, and you must be able to demonstrate a lawful basis for contacting each recipient. Provide an opt-out where required and honour it promptly.

We may pause or terminate campaigns, suspend accounts and refuse refunds where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, or where a platform or authority requires it.
