How to find the right Discord servers to target

Ways to build a target server list for outreach, and how to judge whether a server is worth including.

The server list matters more than the message. A good message sent to the wrong audience does nothing, while an average message sent to people who already want the thing will still get replies.

Where to look

  • Public server directories and listing sites for your niche
  • Communities around the tools your audience already uses
  • Servers linked from creators and projects adjacent to yours
  • Events, tournaments, and launches in your category

How to judge a server

Member count is the weakest signal. Look at how many people are talking in the last day, whether the topics overlap with your offer, and whether the members are likely buyers rather than other marketers.

Spread your targets

We recommend as many target servers as possible. A run spread across twenty servers reaches a wider and fresher pool than the same run concentrated on two, and it also finishes faster because the work runs in parallel.

If you do not have a list

Tick the server research option at checkout. We build a list for your niche and send you the servers we targeted when the campaign completes, so you keep the research for next time.
